After a distinguished career with ComEd (Chicago, IL) of over 32 years, David brings his expertise in compliance management to help build our clients' success in the regulated utility space. He is a recognized industry expert in compliance program evaluation, 693/ISO/RTO/NERC audit preparation, remediation of audit findings of non-compliance, and providing recommendations to address deficiencies. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois - Chicago, was a Certified NERC System Operator for more than a decade, and proudly served our country in the United States Navy, making him a valuable asset to utility professionals seeking innovative engineering solutions.

Stephany is an experienced change management professional, skilled in managing employee behavior change to help utility professionals realize the full benefits from system upgrades and implementations. With nearly a decade's worth of change experience, she began her career in Accenture's Management Consulting Talent & Organization practice, where she spent over 7 years specializing in leading change efforts for various Midwest and South utility clients. She has also served as an iTOA Enterprise Change Lead, focusing on compliance management and consolidating work processes across 6 Operating Companies by utilizing agile best practices and engineering solutions.

Patrick is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer with over 17 years of experience in power systems and mission-critical infrastructure. His expertise encompasses engineering solutions in energy generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as operations and maintenance, SCADA/EMS, substation automation, protection and controls, and compliance management. Throughout his career, he has spent several years at the Northeast Power Coordinating Council as a senior compliance engineer, auditor, and Manager of Operations & Planning Compliance Monitoring. Additionally, his background includes various roles at JEA, a municipal utility in Jacksonville, Florida, where he served as a SCADA/EMS Engineer, Protection & Controls Specialist, and Interim Manager of the System Protection & Controls Department. He has also worked for Worley as a Principal Electrical Engineer, leading utility upgrade projects, and at Pacific Gas & Electric as a System Substation Automation Engineer. Furthermore, Patrick contributed to FERC’s Office of Electric Reliability in the Division of Cyber Security. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. His training includes NERC courses in Fundamentals of Auditing, Gathering Quality Evidence, and Find, Fix and Track for Auditors. Moreover, he is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, showcasing his commitment to compliance management within the utility professionals community.

Jose brings to the team over 22 years of technical expertise in control room operator support and compliance management. He has served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NERC and RTO compliance. Jose has designed and delivered engineering solutions, including transmission operator training and drafting regulatory approvals for new ILA's, allowing students to earn NERC CEH's. His experience includes live real-time desk SCADA operation and electrical system troubleshooting. He has staffed the 24/7/365 desk, performing steady state monitoring and disturbance response. Jose has controlled energy systems for transmission switching and generation dispatch, and he has recently expanded his experiences into distribution planning as well. He holds a BSEE from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and is registered as a Professional Engineer. Highly regarded among utility professionals, he is known for his problem-solving assertiveness and quality mindset.

With years of experience in utility data analytics, Emily has a proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation for utility professionals. Her ability to develop key metrics, KPIs, and reporting solutions showcases a logical yet creative approach to problem-solving, particularly in compliance management, and has streamlined reporting processes to save hundreds of manual hours per month. Additionally, she is an industry-wide expert in Power BI, leading training sessions and developing advanced-level courses to up-skill colleagues on engineering solutions. Emily brings acute focus to the details of large data sets to spur new insights. Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Statistics and Legal Studies, combining her analytical expertise with a solid understanding of legal frameworks. This diverse educational background and utility experience have enriched her problem-solving approach and her ability to address complex business challenges.

Lt. Beltz brings over 26 years of command experience with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (FL), where he has held several critical roles including Administrative Lieutenant and Task Force Commander, Patrol Watch Commander, and Commander of both the Burglary and Economic Crimes Unit and the Computer Forensics and Internet Crimes Against Children Units. He has effectively led critical incident responses and complex investigations, managed grants and training programs, and fostered multi-agency partnerships that enhanced efficiency and information sharing. His accomplishments include overseeing an $80,000 Railroad Trespassing Grant and driving operational improvements that boosted case outcomes and unit performance across patrol and investigative divisions. As an expert in the Incident Command System, Raymond has played key operational roles, such as Operations Section Chief during major hurricane responses, and holds advanced certifications including ICS-300, ICS-400, L-958 Operations Section Chief, and Enhanced All-Hazards Incident Management. His extensive background in physical security, investigations, and emergency management uniquely positions him to support utility professionals with compliance management for critical infrastructure protection (NERC CIP), storm and disaster response planning, investigative services for infrastructure crimes, and leadership development programs. He earned an MBA and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and graduated as Class President from both the Southern Police Institute’s Administrative Officers Course (153rd Class) and Command Officers Development Course (90th Class).
