Utilities procure this work as an ADMS needs assessment, consultant support for ADMS, or OMS & ADMS solution selection and consulting services, often when an existing OMS or SCADA platform is nearing end of life. The questions are the same: what do our operators actually need, what does the current system do today, and what has to be in scope before we go to market?
Needs assessment before the RFP
